Nano One Materials wird voraussichtlich Ende Juni vom #TSXV in den #TSX wechseln. Das genaue Datum wird noch bekannt gegeben, vorher müssen noch die letzten finalen Kriterien erfüllt werden. Das klingt aus meiner Sicht gut, denn das sollte bedeuten, dass nun weitere Fonds die Aktie in ihr Portfolio aufnehmen können. Charttechnisch erhoffe ich mir dadurch etwas mehr Volumen, ansonsten könnte es tatsächlich nochmal auf die CAD 3 Marke runtergehen, bevor der nächste Schub nach Norden gelingt. Weiterhin sehr spannend! Wie immer keine Kauf-Verkaufsempfehlung!

Nano One Receives Conditional Approval to Graduate to the Toronto Stock Exchange

Vancouver, Canada (TSX-V: NNO) (OTC-Nasdaq Intl Designation: NNOMF) (Frankfurt: LBMB).

Nano One® Materials Corp. (“Nano One”) is a clean technology company with a patented process for the low-cost, low-carbon footprint production of high-performance cathode materials used in lithium-ion batteries. Nano One is pleased to announce that it has received conditional approval to list its common shares on the Toronto Stock Exchange (the "TSX") under a new trading symbol "NANO".

Final approval of the listing is subject to Nano One meeting certain customary conditions of the TSX, including the provision of final documentation. Upon final approval, Nano One intends to issue a news release confirming the date upon which its common shares will commence trading on the TSX, which is anticipated to occur prior to the end of June. At that time, Nano One’s common shares will be delisted from the TSXV.

Nano One Graduates to the Toronto Stock Exchange

Nano One® is a clean technology company with patented processes for the low-cost, low-carbon footprint production of high-performance cathode materials used in lithium-ion batteries. Chairman Paul Matysek, CEO Dan Blondal and President John Lando are pleased to report that Nano One has received final approval to list its common shares on the Toronto Stock Exchange (TSX).

Nano One shares will commence trading on the TSX effective as of market open tomorrow, Tuesday June 8, 2021, under a new trading symbol “NANO”, and will cease to trade on the TSX Venture Exchange. Shareholders are not required to take any action in connection with the graduation and listing on the TSX. Nano One shares will continue to trade on the OTC under the symbol NNOMF.
