DOLLAR WARNING ! - all USD assets ready for contra-trend move ?

Strenght of dollar is still going down, however I am pretty sure, that we will see pretty big bounce very soon, although I still don´t think, this will be trend reversal bounce. There are plenty divergences on RSI on many time frames, we have big divergence especially on 4hr RSI.
When this bounce to the upside occurs, I am expecting that stocks, bitcoin, precious metals, crude oil and all xxx/USD pairs will be going DOWN. Dollar is still the king in the financial world and it affects everything.
