Bitcoin Prediction! Rules for bulls and bears!

The bulls once again fiercely defended the order block 19500 (yesterday on the youtube channel Your Trading Territory, I gave a signal for a possible working off), we are trading locally above the volumes and the level of 19970, a very important level for going up will be fixed above 2050, then our goals are marked in green color on the chart, namely 20710, 21100, 21385, 21880. Conditions for bulls, but I myself would like to see a local upward movement, since according to most indicators, including the Relative Strength Index, we are hanging at the bottom and I would like to see a rebound.

A bearish scenario for me would be such a setup.
The first call will be a fix and a test below the level of 19970, the subsequent breakout of the level of 19500 will fix below it, then I expect a movement to 18866 if the buyer’s reaction does not go there, we go to a turning point.
