Bitcoin (BTCUSD) Could a 30 million dollar pump be coming soon?

Watching exchange USDT wallets.

If the head and shoulders is to play out, Bitcoin should be moving up soon, hopefully around 10%, which perfectly matches with the 30 million USDT sent to Binance.

10% is also enough to liquidate the 10x shorters, so in theory this should lead to a pump at some point.

There has been a large liq already, so I believe it should be safe to long now without worrying about a dump to kill bulls. I have outlined that here:

I estimated 10%, but it looks like there is resistance on Finex.
