USOIL is not really for a strong reversal.
At least to my analysis, I would not risk to short it as long as the red channel is still valid to it.
I will short it once it make a high like 4 position with some bear signal. Then maybe worth a try to short it.
Otherwise 63.00 will strongly support it .
