USOIL: still strong bullish or start to become a bear?

I think you guys focus too much on BTC recently and forget or
ignore there is another strong bullish commodity that is going
to test last top of the last 2 years.
Yes, thats USOIL.
On this chart, we will believe that USOIL had a shot to retest 62 round again.
Before heading to that top, 59 -60 is the biggest
obstruct or the hardest battle that USOIL need to get
through. Either be survived to reach higher or be killed to
start dropping from there.
