PHB is moving inside a Descending Triangle pattern and look like PHB is trying to break the lower edge, which is 22sts.
If this 22sts level be broken, PHB may dump to 15-16sts in just some days and here is quite worthy to buy in with tight stoploss is 14sts.
But PHB is a pump & dump coin, so it may make a flash pump anytime. So we will buy it if it turns back to 25-26sts because it will move up quickly to 34-35sts and the final target that we can measure is 45sts zone.
