Sep22-W1: Weekly candle be like thin body but big gap?(A29-Sep3)

What I said last week was Nifty did not have enough momentum for a sharp down move. This turned out to be correct. Now the following is my analysis for coming week:

I am writing this after looking at today’s open (I didn’t get time on weekend). So, there is nothing much to write. The heading says it all.

Scenarios for the week ahead (highlighted as yellow box with red and green lines dissecting scenarios)…
Consolidation - Between 17500 and 17000
Downtrend - If breach below 17000; to drop somewhere till 16750
Uptrend - If breach above 17500; to rise somewhere till 17725

Central banks are raising rates. The money flow is bound to move towards safer havens. Will Nifty keep sliding until the rates stabilize?
