Two weeks ago, I posted a chart w/ three scenarios. Unfortunately, we had to go to this one (as NEO lost the $100-line).
From this Gartley pattern, the first target would be $128, which has been reached. The second target is XA=D~target, so around $220, which is also close to the 1.618 extension of CD.
There may be some resistance at $168 & $200 (A & C levels).
We do seem to see volatility decreasing, so there's a small probability this may turn into a rising wedge. But as the market is warming up, it may not happen.
