Neblio - potentially the play of the year.

I've been following neblio for a while and recently seen their network be used quite a bit more from previous months. Fundamentally they are a strong company with a working platform, hit every road-map and continue to capitalize on the small-business decentralized application space. Definitely add neblio to your watch list. If they are able to break and hold the $4 mark, this coin could EASILY see some strong upward momentum!
