So yeah we still in a bear, but we are going to crawl out of it.

Also, point D is optimistic, we can still drop a lot lower.
Accumulation period is about to start. 7/12/18 to 9/14/18/ 2 months, i a little too much but is because of possible dip into 5000 territory.

I still say we about to have a breakout in the wedge, the question is when? But i am sure some brave souls are accumulating right now!
