Bullish Cypher on the hourly finally good news for EOS?

On the hourly, being not that significant, I did notice a pattern on the Binance EOS-USDT chart.

I think it does qualify as a Bullish Cypher pattern.

The concluding bottom point, d, was at a critical area around a kind of down sloping ice-line.
And this second bottom was exactly at the .786 from bottom to top.
Plus, there is also some divergence between both pattern bottoms.

So, aside from any speculative news and just looking at the chart, this would or could imply some more upside for EOS in the coming time for a change...
