Price after recent bullish moves
Start to Consolidate in top forming a flag pattern
And turned previous resistance into support

As long as price hold new support in chart
and didn't close by daily candel below
there is a Potential new bullish wave
with new targets 15.55$ - 17.7$ - 20$
