BITCOIN - BEAR'S EXHAUSTION LEVEL?

Let's Talk about the BITCOIN price, Bulls have to react at this level if they want to get back their dominance otherwise Head and Shoulder pattern suggested we could see the 28000 level first or if that level does not hold so more downward movement is expected. As we know the chances are less because the RSI value is below 20 so we are expecting a bounce. But is this a bottom? It is too early to say because bears drag the price seamlessly without any resistance by the bulls. One more thing, last time downtrend finished after almost 100 days, so we are still far away.
