Firstly BTC needs to break the blue line trend and close 4h candles above 51000$
After breaking the downtrend it must break the rising trend (green one) -53800-54500$ and closed 4 h candles
But these are not the end, )) in order to be extremely bullish - to reach the targeted price of 85 000$- BTC must break the resistance line (red one) after that we can talk about the bullish market
