Whales are choosing which side at every end of month

I recently notice that the whales and financial institutions are choosing a side every 30 or 31 of the month.. In theory BTC should drop all the month to 5500 at least and then starting a new bull run the approximately the 31/09/2018
Don't enter short or with your trading plan ( I don't trade short because whales usually use algos to scared new traders)
I'm waiting for the new bull run to enter
