$BTC may be out of it's price decline, But are we Bullish?

The rapid & coordinated assault on #BTC via the media induced by financial institutions & financial institutions with their tools of destruction ( futures xbt) may have subsided for now. However we are not in #bullish territory just yet. See the #chart below. I am seeing us going sideways for a while maybe even a dip back down for a double bottom then back up but we will be in the 7.8k - 10k range for a few more days I believe. Unless we get some really positive news to spark a buying frenzy. But we should be close to 14k -0.80% by end of the month give or take a little.

We are rapidly approaching bullish territory. We have to candles (4 hour chart) crossing over a 77 SMA and the 7 SMA is about to cross the 77SMA. When it fully crosses which i expect within an hour i would say we are bullish and BTC has survived the coordinated FUD campaign started by mainstream media that are in the pockets of big self interest institutions.
