I use the 200 exponential envelope (0.15%) to determine the beginning of trends for AUDCAD. Prices are currently trading below the envelope, which indicates a bearish trend, and thus the short positions. I will be entering more positions at the mid-moving average, anticipating that price will retest and continue falling. Stop loss is dynamic, meaning I will only be closing the trades if prices close above the envelope.
