Alliance Block bottom and breakout

ALBT hit resistance and is now plummeting with the rest of the market. Hit support but volume today has far exceeded the previous move up, expecting a move down to ~0.48. Could bounce straight from this price but more likely is it accumulates there for a week or two, however I will be buying on first hit.
RSI resistance line needs to be broken before price can increase past current resistances.
