How to Paint the Highs and Lows
Select the Indicator ("Advanced Liquidity Fibonacci Zones – Ace of Trades Theory") and add it to your chart.
Use the two input fields to manually mark your key swing points:
Click the “Swing Low (0.0 Level)” input, then select a price bar on your chart for the swing low.
Click the “Swing High (1.0 Level)” input, then select the bar for your swing high.
These anchors will paint the exact price range that all fib zones are projected between.
The script will automatically draw all major liquidity/retracement/extension zones as colored bands or boxes across your chart, extended into the future for clear reference.
What Do the Zones Mean?
Zones are based on Ace of Trades' market maker theory. They're not just “lines”—they show where professional liquidity providers, algorithms, and institutional traders strategically rebalance, accumulate, or distribute.
Each zone is labeled with its precise fib ratio and price, with zone descriptions acknowledging their theoretical function (e.g., Golden Band, Momentum Pullback, Stop-Hunt Extension, Blow-Off Range, etc).
Best Practices
Use the script to identify areas where liquidity is expected to pool (for reaction or continuation), rather than just following retail golden ratios.
Paint your swing highs/lows cleanly—from the local low before an impulse, to the most relevant high after a move (or vice versa for down moves).
Observe how price reacts at these boundaries and plan entries/exits accordingly.

 In the case of a Bullish Trend Reversal:

If the  next candle  closes  above the high of candle A , it confirms a  Bullish Trend Reversal.

 Backtest Results and Observations 
Based on the backtesting results of this strategy across various assets and timeframes, it has been observed that this approach works best on trending assets such as Gold, BTC, and stocks.
It also performs well on higher timeframes, starting from the Daily timeframe and above,  especially when taking Long positions only. 
However, when applied to currency pairs such as EUR/USD, the results tend to be less impressive.
I encourage everyone to try backtesting and further developing this strategy — adding new conditions or filters may potentially lead to improved performance.

The main signal line is not based on a typical ATR. Instead, it uses an  Arnaud Legoux Moving Average (ALMA)  as its baseline and calculates support/resistance bands using Standard Deviation.  Take the daily VIX or VIX9D value, convert it to a daily fraction by dividing by square root of two hundred fifty two, then anchor a symmetric channel at the New York session open. Observe the first N minutes. If that window closes above the open the bias is long. If it closes below the open the bias is short. One trade per session. Exits occur at the channel boundary or at a bracket based on a user selected VIX factor. Positions are closed a set number of minutes before the session ends.
 Base measures
 Return basis. The daily implied move unit equals VIX percent divided by square root of two hundred fifty two and serves as the distance unit for targets and stops.

 Position sizing
 Fixed size one contract per trade. Target risk per trade should generally remain near one percent of account equity. Risk is based on the daily volatility value, the max loss from the tests for one year duration with 5min chart was 4%, while the avg loss was below <1% of the total capital.

## Operating Principle
1. **Trend Filter:** A fast EMA (default 50) is compared to a slow EMA (default 200). Trading occurs only in the direction of the trend: long in uptrends, short in downtrends.
2. **Timing via RSI:** Contrarian entries within the trend. Go long when the RSI is below a buy level (default 40); Short when the RSI is above a sell level (standard 60).
3. **Structure Check (SMC Proxy):** An "FVG Touch" serves as additional confirmation that an inefficient price zone has been tested. Order blocks are visualized for guidance but are not a direct entry trigger.
4. **Risk Management via ATR:** Stop-loss and take-profit levels are set as multipliers of the current ATR (e.g., SL = 1×ATR, TP = 2×ATR). This allows target and risk distances to adjust to market volatility.
5. **Simple Position Logic:** Only one position is held at a time (no pyramiding). After entry, stop and limit orders (bracket exit) are automatically placed.

* **Long Setup:** Uptrend (fast EMA above slow EMA) **and** RSI below the buy level **and** a current FVG signal in a bullish direction.
* **Short Setup:** Downtrend (fast EMA below slow EMA) **and** RSI above the sell level **and** a current FVG touch in a bearish direction.
* **Entry & Exit:** If the setup is met, the market is entered; stop-loss/take-profit orders are placed immediately according to ATR multiples.

* **Backtest Realism:** Fills may differ from the displayed closing price. For greater accuracy, intrabar backtests or an entry indicator based on the average position price are conceivable.
* **Alerts:** Currently, no alert conditions are defined; these can be added for long/short setups and status messages.
* **Position Management:** By default, no scaling is performed. Partial sales, trailing stops, or multiple entries can be added.

This indicator is a powerful statistical tool designed to answer these questions by analyzing historical price action to find patterns in when the high and low of a period are formed.
The Core Idea: Daily High & Low of the Week
The simplest and most popular feature of this indicator is the "Daily high and low of the week" analysis.
What it does:
It looks back over your chosen number of weeks (e.g., the last 100) and finds out which day of the week (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, etc.) made the final high and which day made the final low for each of those weeks.
How to use it:
Go to the script settings.
Enable the "Daily High/Low of the Week" module.
Set your chart to the 1D (Daily) timeframe.
A table will appear on your chart (bottom-right by default) showing the exact count and percentage for each day. This lets you see at a glance if there's a strong tendency for the market you're watching.
Advanced Analysis: Other Timeframes
This script goes far beyond just the daily chart. It includes four other independent analysis modules:
1. 4-Hour High/Low of the Week
What it does: For intraday and swing traders. This module finds which 4-hour candle session (e.g., the 08:00 candle, the 16:00 candle) tends to form the high or low of the entire week.
Key Feature (DST Aware): This table is "season-aware." It knows that the 08:00 "summertime" (DST) candle is the same trading session as the 07:00 "wintertime" (STD) candle. It groups them together so your data is never split or messy.
2. Weekly High/Low of the Month
What it does: For a monthly perspective. This module finds which week of the month (Week 1, 2, 3, 4, or 5) is most likely to form the monthly high or low.
How to use: Enable it and set your chart to the 1W (Weekly) timeframe.
3. Monthly High/Low of the Year
What it does: The ultimate "big picture" view. This module finds which month (Jan, Feb, Mar, etc.) most frequently forms the high or low for the entire year.
How to use: Enable it and set your chart to the 1M (Monthly) timeframe.
The Power User Module: Custom Timeframe Analysis
This is the most powerful feature. It lets you analyze any timeframe combination you want.
What it does: It finds out which "Lower Timeframe" (LTF) candle made the high or low of any "Higher Timeframe" (HTF) you choose.
Example: Do you want to know which 15-minute candle makes the Daily high?
Set your chart to the 15M timeframe.
Go to the "Custom Timeframe Analysis" settings.
Set the "Higher Timeframe" to "1D".
The script will draw a "season-aware" table (just like the 4H module) showing you the exact 15-minute candles (09:15, 09:30, etc.) that are statistically most likely to form the day's high or low.
Other Features
Show Labels: Each module has an option to "Show labels," which will draw a label (e.g., "Daily High of the Week") directly on the chart at the exact bar that made the high or low.
Custom Dividers: Each module has its own optional, color-customizable divider (e.g., weekly, monthly) that you can toggle on to see the periods more clearly.
Clean Settings: All modules are disabled by default (except for "Daily") to keep your chart clean. You only need to enable the specific analysis you want to see.
