XVGBTC: Potential break out from descending wedge

Verge is looking for a way to break
out of the descending wedge.

Will it complete the inverse H&S to
do so or will it drop to the potential
BUY box at (E) before doing so.

The bearish divergence on the RSI (6hr)
make me think it may be the latter
