XRPUSDT is trying to have a breakout from a descending triangle. The price is between weekly structures. IF the price will have a breakout from the resistance and retest it as new support, we can add to our watchlist and wait for apply our rules, otherwise, if the price will lose the weekly support, we can look for a short position
