Nas 100 long - Double bottom on Nas 100

Hi guys im a beginner trader. This is my idea for a long on NAS 100. There has been a double bottom formed, the neckline lies on my resistance so i think that if it breaks through the resistance it will continue moving up. Im not sure how accurate my idea is but id really like to get some feedback from you guys and hear what you guys think.
