$QUOT Forming 2 Months #Ascending #Traingle #ChartPattern
$NYSE:QUOT been consolidating for the last 2 months forming an ascending triangle chart pattern. Stock as tested the $8 level multiple times and been acting as strong resistance. The breakout from that resistance level will also coincide with the breakout of the 200 day moving average adding to the significance of that breakout. Chart pattern price target identified on the chart.
