NIFTY has formed a spinning top like candle in daily TF. It opened with a big gap up and consolidated the whole day ahead of Weekly Expiry. NIFTY has almost hit our swing buy target(16600). Sipping top is an alert candle that we may take a pause after the good up move we have enjoyed.
Coming to tomorrow's trade setup, if index opens flat and a 5 Min candle closes below our 16490 then we will short for the target of 16400 and 16330.Trail Below 16440.
For buying we should wait till 16625 is closed in 5/15 TF as this is a PRZ area. Target above 16625 will be 16700, 16750 and 16800.
In case of a big gap up/down, wait till 10 o'clock and mark the high and low of the trading range. Trade on this range breakout.
