Market Directions and Levels for December 4th:
In the previous session, the Dow Jones continued the pullback; however, the GIFT Nifty indicates a neutral to slightly negative opening.
What to Expect Today?
There are no changes in sentiment until the RBI policy announcement, so the market may experience gradual ups and downs. The momentums are unpredictable. Structurally, if the initial market takes a pullback, we can expect a pullback continuation with a little consolidation, because yesterday’s pullback had little strength (alternate view).
On the other hand, if the market sustains the decline and breaks the immediate support level, we can expect some consolidation and a downside breakout (current view).
