Typical XABCD pattern playing out as part of a bigger Elliot Wave Cycle.
First target 100% of X leg followed by continuation of 5 Waves.
We can quite easily see NEO at $300-$500 mark by mid-end of year.
Once this cycle fully completes, we will watch for moves after the final ABC pattern plays out as this could still potentially be the first wave of a much larger 12345 wave pattern which could easily see NEO at way over $1000
