The Nasdaq is currently approaching all time highs, other traders will be looking to go short/sell around these highs which may make it a self fulfilling prophecy. There will huge amounts of stoploss orders above the highs and entry orders placed by breakout traders looking to ride breakout momentum. If price can break through the highs there may be a larger move higher before a large sell off. I will be looking to go short when the market aligns to my trading plan. watch out for some manipulative spikes by smart money.
