Overreaction to bank failure might cause discount
LC seems to be a pretty good buy already with a P/E of 3.17 and a P/B of 0.82
with the news that the bank failed that had only $21M of the $8B that makes up LC some might panic and sell their shares that have already been declining.

i can't link link's but the bank failure is "Silicon Valley Bank" which is a tech venture capital bank that failed.
