Price has made a lower low at 134.60. I have taken the low and drawn sub-value area which is part of the dominant value area.
The parallel channel is working well as support.
Price extreme has made 7 touches at the gravitation line. Total 10 times price respected upper band and lower band of the sub value area.
How you can make your trade set-ups?
1.if the price will break up of this sub-value area we will also get a dominant value area breakout There are very good opportunities for buyers.
2. if the price gets resistance from the upper band our target will be the lower band & gravitation line of the sub value area and if the price breaks out sub value area we can expect a lower band of the dominant value area.
