We got a potential bearish cypher pattern that is setting up on the GbpUsd before the BOE Governor is set to Testify on Brexit. This Pattern will complete @ 1.22960. Minimum stops need to be above the X-Leg and target 1 is at 1.22514, target 2 is 1.22215.
