EURUSD Is in the range for a few hours maybe breaking upside in the NY Session if it's broken you can take a long with a Stop loss of the bottom of the range or if breaks to the downside go for short because after the previous week news and FED were not willing to cut rates any time soon till next 2 months and dollar is showing Strong Momentum.
