EURUSD: breakout or false breakout?

What we see today. When approaching the level, the instrument's volatility dropped dramatically and it went into a consolidation state. I think that a false breakout is possible, there are no pre-orders for a breakout, there is a strong correctional fall down, the chances of breaking through are quite small the first time. I think that the price will rise to the level where several resistances cross - 1.198
