ETHEREUM - Rounding out it's bottom and preparing to jump

It has been too long since my last Ethereum post. So without further ado, let's get to it and look at the 4-hour chart. Ethereum has been very bearish for some time and recently surpassed its September low this month to set a new low for this year. However, you can see it has a nice rounded bottom and is on the verge of breaking out to the upside. I set two initial targets, both of which would set up an inverse head and shoulders pattern should they be established as the neckline. But for now, let's watch for a breakout.
