Can either enter on break or on failed pullback retest.

Update after today's action. Price has yet to break out of the downsloping resistance, if it does, enter on the breakout or wait until retest for confirmation.

One interesting thing to note is that after breaking out of the bear flag, price came back right up (a pullback) into the smaller resistance line and bear flag structure. Two resistance points acted simultaneously as strong resistance.
