BTC/USD Breakout or reject the upper channel line

It tested 38.20% Fibonacci retracement 4 times, I reckon bitcoin has the potential to make a new high above the upper channel line. The final target will be $33k (This calculation based on the first $19k rally)
If it rejecting the upper channel line, I reckon bitcoin will fall to $3k - $0.
