BTC - Don't Let the Low Volume Fool You - Downtrend Over?

On April 12th BTC broke out of a falling wedge and went on a 43% run over 23 days.
The closing price on April 12th was $7900.
We have seen a decent bounce up from $7900 over the past 24 hours.
The 4hr chart is showing signs of reversal, RSI on the rise and the MACD has turned up.

Low volume but this is ok. Most breakouts occur during low volume because the bulls can use low volume to their advantage.
It looks like the correction may be over, next test will be coming soon.
Can BTC break out of the falling wedge?
