Bitcoin consolidating. What´s next?

bitcoin is consolidating for the 2nd consecutive day.
I am working with the possibility of a correction to 14k in the short term.
It is very difficult to take a side now as bitcoin can go each direction.
I would suggest to manage risk.
Short term: down
Long term: up
I am betting on a usd 16.000 by the end of 2020
