I noticed the volume was being manipulated again, I've even seen people take snapshots of negative volume. Are they shorting the volume also???

Anmerkung
The first image is from yahoo finance, it displays a volume of 26.81M. The second is derived from Webull which show a volume of 15.77M. What is going on?
