After big correction, MACD crossed to bullish with enough volume. Previous strong resistance 0.09 levels become strong support now. Next target in 4 year cycle of BTC is ATH (20k) around new year . ADA will be bullish too with this wave considering last upgrades IOHK did.First target of ADA is crossing last high 0.15 and go up to 0.18 levels. Then confirming 0.15 levels as a support with correction and go up to 0.3 levels. I think this is the best time to buy ADA before bullish wave.
