Coinbase CEO Brian Armstrong posted on social media that he met with the US Securities and Exchange Commission today. We will continue to push for a clear rule book for cryptocurrency regulation in the United States. The United States cannot afford to fall behind on this important technology to update the financial system. It is also important that regulators set policy and then enforce it. At this point, it appears Congress needs to step in.
