Etlers Instantenous TrendlineThis script uses @cheatcountry script to calculate Ehlers Instantenous Trendline .
Backtest offers 3 capital management tools. One that will always calculate order size as initial capital/close, one that uses the same calculation but adds or substracts profit. The last one allows you to enter manually the size you want to trade.
Green and red horizontal lines are profit/stop values.

Two Take Profits and Two Stop LossThis script is for research purposes only. I am not a financial advisor.
Entry Condition
This strategy is based on two take profit targets, two stop loss, and scaling out strategy. The entry rule is very simple. Whenever the EMA crossover WMA, the long trade is taken and vice versa.
Take Profit and Stop Loss
The first take profit is set at 20 pips above the long entry and the second take profit is set at 40 pips above the long entry. Meanwhile, the first stop loss is set at 20 pips below the long entry and the second stop loss is set at the long entry.
Money Management
When the first take profit is achieved, half of the position is closed and the first stop loss is moved to the entry-level. The rest of the position is open to achieve either second take profit or second stop loss.
There are three outcomes when using this strategy. Let's say you enter the trade with 200 lot size and you are risking 2% of your equity.
1. The first outcome is when the price hits stop loss, you lose the entire 2%.
2. The second outcome is when the price hits the first take profit and you close half of your position. Meaning that you have gained 1%. Then you let the trade running and eventually it hits the second stop loss. Remember your first stop loss has changed to the second stop loss when the first take profit is achieved. The total loss is 0% because the price is at your entry-level. You have gained the earlier 1% and then lost 0%. At this point, you are at 1% gained.
3. The third outcome is similar to the second out but instead of hitting the second stop loss, the trade is running to your favor and hits the second take profit.
Therefore, you gained 1% from the first take profit and you gained another 2% for the second take profit. Your total gained is 3%
Summary
The reason behind this strategy is to minimize risk. with normal strategy, you only have two outcomes which are either win or loss. With this strategy, you have three outcomes which win 3%, win 1%, or loss 2%.
This is my similar strategy but with single stop loss

You have gained the earlier 1% and then loss 1%. At this point, you are at break even.
3. The third outcome is similar to the second out but instead of hiring stop loss, the trade is running to your favor and hits the second take profit.
Therefore, you gained 1% from the first take profit and you gained another 2% for the second take profit. Your total gained is 3%
Summary
The reason behind this strategy is to minimize risk. with normal strategy, you only have two outcomes which are either win or loss. With this strategy, you have three outcomes which are win, loss or break even.

Fancy strategy alerts example [QuantNomad]Alerts on strategies were introduced just recently in TradingView.
These alerts have an alert_message placeholder which allows you to compose in PineScript very complex alerts and insert quite a lot of information in them.
This is just very simple example of how they can look like.
EMA Crossover StrategyEMA Crossover Strategy
This strategy will enter a long trade when the 21 EMA crosses over the 55 EMA and both EMAs and the close price are above the 200 EMA (long-term trend).
It will enter a short trade when the 21 EMA crosses under the 55 EMA and both EMAs and the close price are below the 200 EMA.
It will exit a long trade when the RSI crosses under from overbought and indicates that the uptrend could be coming to an end.
It will exit a short trade when the RSI crosses over from oversold and indicates that the downtrend could be coming to an end.
Backtesting shows that it works best on:

Combo Backtest 123 Reversal & EMA & MA Crossover This is combo strategies for get a cumulative signal.
First strategy
This System was created from the Book "How I Tripled My Money In The
Futures Market" by Ulf Jensen, Page 183. This is reverse type of strategies.
The strategy buys at market, if close price is higher than the previous close
during 2 days and the meaning of 9-days Stochastic Slow Oscillator is lower than 50.
The strategy sells at market, if close price is lower than the previous close price
during 2 days and the meaning of 9-days Stochastic Fast Oscillator is higher than 50.
Second strategy
The Moving Average Crossover trading strategy is possibly the most popular
trading strategy in the world of trading. First of them were written in the
middle of XX century, when commodities trading strategies became popular.
This strategy is a good example of so-called traditional strategies.
Traditional strategies are always long or short. That means they are never
out of the market. The concept of having a strategy that is always long or
short may be scary, particularly in today’s market where you don’t know what
is going to happen as far as risk on any one market. But a lot of traders
believe that the concept is still valid, especially for those of traders who
do their own research or their own discretionary trading.
This version uses crossover of moving average and its exponential moving average.

EMA Slope Cross Trend Follower StrategyThis strategy uses the cross of the slopes of two EMAs having different lengths to generate trend follower signals. By default, I use 130 and 400, which behave very well.
The conditions which make the strat enter the market are:
- Fast Slope > Slow Slope and price > EMA 200 : go Long
- Fast Slope < Slow Slope and price < EMA200 : go Short
The simple slopes cross in the opposite direction, closes the position.
The strategy performs best on Bitcoin and the most liquid and capitalized Altcoins, but works greatly on volatile assets as well, in particular if they often go trending.
Works best on 4h time frame.
There's also an optional Volatility filter, which opens the position only if the difference between the two slopes is more than a specific value, which can be set in the strategy inputs. The purpose is not opening positions if price is going sideways and the noise is way > than the signal.
Enjoy it!
Combination Parabolic MA/IIR/ALMA Strategy, and other goodies Okay, so this is a lot. It started mostly with me combining indicators and looking for ideal entry criteria.
It is also a collection of conditions, whether used or unused, for my current chosen "best" strategy. It is currently set how I like it, but it has changed with time, and will continue to do so. Within, there are variables that are unused, but offer some insight into the overall odds of a trade. They were, in fact, once used but fell out of favor. And all details for this strategy are within the comment header of the script.
As this evolves, I most certainly wont keep any future findings and hope for profit from my peers (yinz). Also, I'd like to give a sincere thanks to the people of TV for what I learned in a few month's time and their flexible membership plans. Basically, I'm just a mad scientist, but this monster's a masterpiece and folks here before me made many indirect contributions to it.
--------------------------
Okay guys, lastly and most importantly,
Each smack of the like button is a vote of your confidence in me, to my beautiful landladies, Celeste and Adele, that my rent will be caught up and that it won't always be a problem. Which, in my mind, makes me a graph. And they've got strong hands and don't sell the low. I more than respect that. Seriously. And I'm very grateful for their willingness to work with me, but the thing is that I didn't ask first; life just happens. But few are tolerant of others. And quite importantly, I truly believe that I will be successful one day, and that "thumbs-up" button is your vote of confidence. If you're not sure, then don't hit it yet. Maybe my scripts will boost your confidence in me :)
-------------------------
PS: And you know what? I'ma give a shout-out to Philakone for teaching me everything that I know about Elliot Wave . Absolutely. Two years ago, I would keep telling myself that one day I will put something in his gratuity wallet or pursue the paid courses. And, I still plan on it, because I'm grateful. And so also, to everybody else, I'm recommending him to learn from. because as a trader who might not know everything for free, you can certainly fill in the gaps with his altruistic offerings. And I'm betting that you will then feel more than inclined to buy the Udemy course.
"If wave 2 retraces a lot; number 4 will not". Repetition. Philakone didn't fix my memory but he sure did find a workaround, haha
Okay, everyone, Thanks!

[Strategy] - EMA 10,20 59 with Profit DisplayedThis EA is still under construction !!
So for this EA is only based on the trend of the 3 EMA's
Buytrend = (ema1 and ema2 > ema3) and (ema1 and ema2 > ema3 )
We also change the Background depending on the trend.
bgcolor(Buytrend ? color.green : color.red,transp=70)
At this point I was wondering how much "profit" we would have made if this strategy was only based on the trend so I added the Labels to start/end close of that trend and then see how much profit in pip's we would have made.
Later I was wondering if I could get the total information on the trades and thats what the Label over the current candle is telling us. If that label is red we didn't made any profit and if its green we made som profit.
I also added a BuyProfit and a count buy/sells and a total Profit to see how that information clearly without opening the strategy tester.
NOTE this shows the profit in pip's
Next step is to implement a Buy/Sell Signal togheter with a Buy/SellSignalOUT signal.
Thats currently under development and you'll see some code being there already but as of now the orders are made from the trend signal not the Buy/Sell Signal.
WOMBO COMBO: EMA & VWAP & MACD & BB & STCHello my fellow investors,
After hours of reading, backtesting, and YouTube video watching I discovered that EMA, VWAP, BB, MACD, and STC produce the most consistent results for investment planning. This strategy allows you to pick between the aforementioned indicators or layer them together.
It works on the pricipal of:
1) Always follow the market trend - buy/sell above/below 200EMA
2) Follow corporate investing trends - buy/sell above/below VWAP
3) Apply MACD check - buy--> MACD line above signal line and corssover below histogram \\ sell --> MACD line below signal line and crossover above histogram.
4) Check volitility with price against BB limits upper/Sell or lower/buy
5) When STC crosses about 10 buy and when it drops below 90 sell
6) Exit position when stop loss is triggered or profit target is hit. BB also provides a parameter to exit positions.
This code is the product of many hours of hard work on the part of the greater tradingview community. The credit goes to everyone in the community who has put code out there for the greater good.

cATRpillar Strategy**This is my first strategy on the Pine editor, any tips or tricks from the community would be awesome!
This strategy was developed from my indicator "cATRpillar". it uses the ATR range values to determine entry, and uses EMA values to determine an exit if the market goes against it.
