VKTX is showing a breakout pattern and could potentially breakout on Feb 22nd. Right now (not including after-hours) is near the resistance point and could eventually surpass the point and breakout. The 15 min graph is not so clear so people interested should look at a 1min time frame and Tell me what you think in the comments.
