Structure is still bearish for the short-term however the bears momentum is weaking, so VET could see a rally near it's top (marked on chart) however even for the daily the structure has made a NSL so it is likely if it breaks the bearish expectations for the short-term it will have a bullish expectation failure near the top. I will update as we go, but you'd be looking to go long once the prominent NSL breaks (the lower LH is conditional however and that condition is it needs to make a NSL below the previous NSL; if that does not happen, the prominent LH is the upper one.
