What is the difference between forecasting and prediction?

A forecast refers to a calculation or an estimation that uses data from previous events, combined with recent trends to come up with a future event outcome. On the other hand, a prediction is an actual act of indicating that something will happen in the future with or without prior information.
Based on the option data in the next 4 weeks, I think TSLA could climb over 1200 tomorrow and then bounce back to 1100-1050 territory!
I will wait for a reversal pattern between 1250 - 1200..!
