Should you invest in Shell ? is this the lowest low ?

Coming to technical analysis there is no methodology parallel to Wave Theory when it comes to perfect timing and accuracy. looking at the chart WT is confirming the massive upside has already started. what will cause the upmove ? I have no idea. think about it, if fundamental worked all of you would have become millionaires by now lol. to make it short, ignore the news and buy this discounted stock.
