Neo has bearish chart patterns

Neo currently looks to be in a desending triangle and is approaching support.
If you look at the 4h and 1h you can clearly see a bear flag forming.
It also has room on the RSI to come down and the stoch RSI is coming down.
I will look for an entry between the 618 and 786 fibs
