I compared each step in videos 1 and 2 which worked to video 3 which did not work. I found that the key came down to the step that you must have symbols sync'd when you start. Here is the sequence that seems to ensure proper function..... I'll continuing proving it during pre-market and after open on Monday.
1) Single Panel
2) Symbol must be sync’d (this is the Key to this working)
3) Save to watch list. Delete any existing drawings. (not needed)
4) Sort watchlist by price lowest at top (not needed)
5) Choose top stock (not needed)
6) Turn on keep drawings on button (I don't think this is needed either)
7) Make drawings on all four stocks
8) Switch to 2 panel (symbol sync should already of been on)
9) Run through all stocks on 2 panel
10) Switch to 4 panel
11) Un-sync symbol
12) Populate panels which each of the four stocks
13) Run through time intervals
