It just took 30 minutes in the presence of higher bids to move the price. It is slower than COINBASE. WHen the price moves up, bids go down, and regardless of volume, the price goes down. If you underbid, which is a sound strategy elsewhere, you bring the price back down, and it is a tug of war that other exchanges are conducting properly. The only real advantage here on Bitstamp with LTC and BCH trading is ARBITRAGE. Send it to coinbase, Binance, anywhere and the price is higher.
I have taken screenshots; and am considering reporting them as something seems deliberate about this.
