GOLD (XAU/USD) – Market Structure & Liquidity Analysis

Market Structure
The market is currently in a clear bullish structure. After a prolonged accumulation phase, price delivered a clean Break of Structure (BOS) to the upside, followed by strong impulsive moves.
Subsequent pullbacks respected the bullish structure, confirming strong buyer control. The sequence of Higher Highs (HH) and Higher Lows (HL) keeps the overall trend intact.
However, price is now trading in a re-distribution zone near the highs.
Liquidity Perspective
Below the current price, multiple Sell-Side Liquidity pools are clearly visible. These areas often act as magnetic targets and increase the probability of a short-term retracement before continuation.
As long as this liquidity remains untouched, late long entries carry elevated risk.
Current Market Condition
Price is extended after a strong impulse
No fresh BOS at current highs
Increased probability of a liquidity grab to the downside
Bias remains bullish, but entry timing is critical.

Invalidation
A clean break and close below the last Higher-Low structure would invalidate the bullish scenario and open the door for a deeper corrective phase.
